Included in each package is a bundle of images and video to upload into AI generators to create a digital model of my likeness.

🌿 Tier 1: Indie Use (Personal / Experimental / Internal Only)

Ideal for: Student projects, indie creatives, mockups, internal demos.

• ✅ License Type: Personal use only

• 📸 Assets Included: Up to 5 images or video snippets

• 🚫 Restrictions: No monetized ads or public-facing campaigns

• 💸 Fee: $250 flat rate + Duration Usage Fees

✨ Tier 2: Starter Brand (Nonprofit / Low-Reach Ads / Early Startups)

Ideal for: Small business marketing, low-budget campaigns, soft launches.

• 📸 Assets Included: Up to 15 approved photos/videos

• 📈 Audience Reach Limit: Under 100k impressions

• 💵 Fee: $500 + 5% royalties on campaign revenue + Duration Usage Fees

🔥 Tier 3: Growth Brand (Digital Campaigns / Social Ads / Creator Partnerships)

Ideal for: Active marketing campaigns across social media, web ads, or newsletters.

• ✅ License Type: Commercial use (non-exclusive)

• 📸 Assets Included: Up to 30 photo/video assets + 2 custom mood shots upon request

• 📈 Audience Reach: Up to 1M views or impressions

• 💵 Fee: $1,000 + 7% royalties on tracked sales (via UTM or affiliate link) + Duration Usage Fees

• 💼 Usage Approval: Must submit script/campaign concept for final approval

• ✍️ Attribution optional if usage is tasteful

💎 Tier 4: Signature (Major Campaigns / Video Ads / Product Launches)

Ideal for: Brands scaling visibility or using AI likenesses in ongoing, public-facing campaigns.

• ✅ License Type: Commercial use (exclusive per niche or territory)

• 📸 Assets Included: Unlimited use of existing photo/video library + 5 custom recorded uploads

• 📈 Audience Reach: Unlimited

• 💰 Fee: $3,000 upfront + 10% royalty on direct ad-driven revenue (tracked via UTM/referral code or analytics) + Duration Usage Fees

• 👀 Review Clause: Usage must be pre-approved and monitored quarterly

• 🛡️ Bonus: Priority support + usage audit to protect brand integrity

Licensing Guidelines (for all tiers)

• 🔒 Ethical Use Only: No political, adult, or misleading content allowed.

• 🧠 AI Disclosure Encouraged: Transparency with viewers is preferred.

• 🔄 Non-Transferable: Licensee may not sell, transfer, or sublicense likeness rights.

• 📝 Signed Agreement Required: All projects require a signed contract detailing approved usage.
